Risk Pool Pro launched with MCRCSIP as our first design partner. We're not hiding that — we're proud of it. Building from inside a real pool's workflow meant every feature was validated against actual daily use before we wrote a line of marketing copy.
Where Risk Pool Pro wins: The workflows that consume most of a pool administrator's day — asset reconciliation, mid-term changes, contribution calculations, claims lifecycle, COI generation, and document automation — these are where we're strongest. We built them from inside a real pool's workflow and they show it. Our embedded AI features for reporting, geo-clustering, claim summaries, and document parsing are purpose-built for daily pool use, not bolted on as a dashboard afterthought.
Where established platforms have an edge: Enterprise RMIS platforms have larger support teams, longer track records, and more enterprise clients behind them. If your pool needs a vendor with decades of deployment history and a team of 200 support staff, we're not that yet. We'll tell you that upfront rather than let you find out after you've signed.
Where we're still building: A dedicated loss control and safety module is on our roadmap — tracking safety programs, inspections, and risk mitigation activities for member organizations. A deeper underwriting workbench is also planned. We're transparent about what's coming because we'd rather you know now than be surprised later.
We'll walk you through Risk Pool Pro, answer your questions, and tell you honestly if it's the right fit for your pool.
